VILLEPIN ET L’ANPE

La visite de Villepin à l’agence ANPE Val-d’Europe en Seine-et-Marne a été une provocation pour les chômeurs et les agents de l’ANPE. Cette agence gère plus d’offres d’emploi que de demandeurs d’emploi. Ce n’était donc pas une visite de terrain, mais plutôt la continuité d’une politique qui a ouvert le placement aux boîtes privées créant une privatisation des chômeurs et l’enterrement du principe d’égalité dans un service public... Désormais, c’est un proche de Jean-Pierre Raffarin qui dirige l’ANPE. Monsieur Charpy était conseiller social à Matignon, il a participé à la réforme de l’assurance-maladie et présidé l’Agence française du sang. Ce « spécialiste des questions de santé » a aidé son ancien patron à repasser au-dessus de10% de chômage officiel.

Monsieur Charpy n’allait donc pas amener Villepin dans des agences qui sont dans des locaux vieux et non conformes aux règles d’hygiène et de sécurité et avec des fauteuils où il manque un bras et dont les ferrailles sont apparentes. Des structures où les agents se font agresser verbalement et physiquement par les demandeurs d’emplois. Monsieur Villepin ignore que les agents statutaires n’ont pas d’outils de travail conformes à leurs boulots. En effet, il faut souvent en agence courir après un ordinateur pour pouvoir travailler. Ordinateurs qui sont très anciens et avec des programmes qui font souvent des bogues. Les agents sont obligés d’entasser leurs dossiers en bas des meubles ou sur des étagères, car il n’y a pas d’espace pour que chacun(e) puisse travailler normalement.

Le Premier Ministre n’a pas été « promené » dans les agences locales où il n’est pas rare qu’un(e) demandeur(-se) attende 3-4 heures un entretien dans un box où la confidentialité n’est pas respectée. C’est donc ce service public « sinistré » qu’est l’ANPE que Messieurs Borloo, Chirac et Raffarin ont mis en concurrence avec les agences d’intérim et les cabinets de recrutement.

La lutte contre le Chômage n’est pas la priorité de nos dirigeants politiques. L’ère des discours a commencé pour masquer leurs incompétences manifestes et une répression renforcée envers les demandeurs d’emploi indemnisés ou non pour faire baisser les statistiques.
